Location was incredible for us. Everything was walking distance including the ferry to go to the island. Plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy!! Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It appeared a lot of renovation had been done. There is no breakfast available at this hotel, but that was not an issue since there is an excellent breakfast place near by!

My room was clean, safe & bright. The location is excellent since it is tucked away from the main strip making it more exclusive & private. Plus, I like the fact that it is only a short walking distance to many of the shops & restaurants. The staff overall are really, really nice & helpful.

Beds were very comfortable; thus, I slept well. Location to Sheplers Ferry to Mackinac Island from the Mackinaw City location was walking distance, eliminating driving and parking hassle.

location was excellent. we were there for the annual bridge walk. this hotel is close to the bridge access point and is close to restaurants and shopping and the island shuttles.

This is an excellent middle budget motel to stay conveniently placed to all attractions and the ferry to Mackinac Island. There is a food market along the road . The restaurants close by are all very good. The fittings are a little jaded but all work well. It's surprisingly quiet considering the position along the main street.

It is the perfect location to stay in Mackinaw City. We could walk to the Shepler's Ferry without taking a shuttle or paying $45 for parking at the ferry. It was very quiet at night and it was fun to walk next door for fresh fish and fudge and ice cream. We could walk one block north to see the sunset behind the Mackinaw bridge and walk one block east to walk on the marinas and see the sunrise in the morning.

The man at the office was very polite, friendly, and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised by how clean this hotel was. The rooms were very clean and the pool/hot tub was as well. I slept well in the bed, and found it to be pretty comfortable. The location can't be beat for Machinaw City. It's within walking distance of downtown shops and the ferry that leads to Mackinaw Island.

The grounds were well kept, clean, and attractive, the building is in good repair and attractive. The room was well maintained, clean, and pleasant.
