The room had been well cleaned. It was nicely equipped with carpet, tile in the bathroom, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The staff sells discount tickets for Shepler's ferry at the check-in desk. I got my ticket for $32 cash instead of the walk-up price of $38.

The price was good and the beds were comfortable and clean. I did check to see if there was only 1 floor or an elevator. They gave me 1 on the 2nd floor with access to the stairs only. When I asked if we could change to the main floor. They were very nice about it and switched for us.

Location was incredible for us. Everything was walking distance including the ferry to go to the island. Plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy!! Cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. It appeared a lot of renovation had been done. There is no breakfast available at this hotel, but that was not an issue since there is an excellent breakfast place near by!

Beds were very comfortable; thus, I slept well. Location to Sheplers Ferry to Mackinac Island from the Mackinaw City location was walking distance, eliminating driving and parking hassle.

My room was clean, safe & bright. The location is excellent since it is tucked away from the main strip making it more exclusive & private. Plus, I like the fact that it is only a short walking distance to many of the shops & restaurants. The staff overall are really, really nice & helpful.

location was excellent. we were there for the annual bridge walk. this hotel is close to the bridge access point and is close to restaurants and shopping and the island shuttles.

We had room 222 and we loved the view. Loved that it was so close to the city. The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The staff were all friendly & nice. 10/10 recommend. We’ll be staying again

This is an excellent middle budget motel to stay conveniently placed to all attractions and the ferry to Mackinac Island. There is a food market along the road . The restaurants close by are all very good. The fittings are a little jaded but all work well. It's surprisingly quiet considering the position along the main street.

Court plaza was conveniently located, and parking was good. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and well maintained.
